Background
A career built on data migration.

At the end of June 2026 I stepped away from employment to found Markham Advisory LLC, bringing over two decades of SAP data migration expertise to clients as an independent consultant. The focus stays the same: architecting and delivering complex migrations that actually work.

My relationship with Syniti (formerly BackOffice Associates) goes back to 2007, where my SAP data migration journey truly began. Through 14 years as North American Data Migration Lead at SAP, I championed Syniti tools and built migration teams around Syniti colleagues whenever possible. That relationship, and those friendships, have endured across the industry ever since.

Through a new partnership with BridgeAtlantic, I am now supporting the Lockheed Martin S/4HANA transformation as a Data Migration Architect on the MES workstream. This is my third data migration engagement with Lockheed Martin, the first two dating back to 2011 while at SAP. Being back at LM and back on a team with my Syniti colleagues is a full-circle moment I do not take lightly.

Founded and led McKinsol's data migration practice. Product Owner for iMigrate Pro, a BTP-native SAP data migration platform. Delivery lead on Project Skyline, a greenfield SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE implementation for GAF (Standard Industries) migrating from PeopleSoft and Maximo across 50–70 conversion objects.

ExxonMobil Led Data track for Business Transformation S/4HANA RISE preparation. Established Syniti ADMM and MDG. Scoping workshops across R2R, OTC, S2P, and EAM. Sep 2022 – Jul 2023
